About the Owner

Hello! My name is Sieta! I am proud to say Welcome to my website! As a single mother, I wanted to spend more time with my daughter. Since baking is my passion, I decided to go to school to become a Pastry Chef. I graduated from Escoffier College in 2018 and started my business in the same year. Family owned and operated; I’m deeply committed to giving my customers the best experience possible when they order with me. All of my Trail Cakes/Cupcakes and pastries are made fresh, and you can get a wide selection of options. I also incorporate Farm-To-Table as well with most of my ingredients.

I know your time and money is valuable, and I want to make sure you get a great experience!

Recently, I’ve moved toward more vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free items, too, at the request of my customers. If you need an accommodation made, just let me know.

I love my customers and want to make sure I keep up the valuable, important traditions that I originally started when my dream of owning a baking business became a reality.

If you have already looked through the site, you may have noticed my Signature Trail Cakes and Trail Cupcakes! Well, here is the story to that.

I have always loved the look of a Jeep Wrangler and told myself one day I am going to get on. At that time, I had no idea what I was Missing out on by having a Jeep. I finally got my 4×4 two door Jeep Wrangler all black with 35in All Terrain Tires with a 2.5 lift. Man, she was a beauty. I added a few things to her throughout the years to make her even better. In that time range being a Jeep Wrangler owner became a lifestyle and I fell in love with new things that I never thought I would. I was very excited, and it gave me the opportunity to go camping and hit back roads and trails in Arizona. I meet some amazing people and joined a lot of Jeep groups along the way. So, for the love of my Jeep I decided, why not base my Business around my Love for my Jeep and the outdoors? Well, that’s what I did. Most of the Trail Cakes and Trail Cupcake are named after Off-Road trails in different states.

I mixed up both of my passions together.

For myself, my family and many of my closest friends: off-roading is not a hobby, it is a lifestyle. I literally cringe when people refer to my Jeep addiction as a “hobby.” The off-road lifestyle defines my family and much of what we do together. It is part of our identity. Many of our family vacations are spent on the trail or going to various off-road events. So, what is the off-road lifestyle? It is not simply about going off road. It is about exploring, adventure, seeing places many people have not, connecting with friends and family and making memories that will last you, your family, and your friends a lifetime.  It is about sharing the passion for Jeeping and Off-Roading.

And do you know what’s best thing about it all? Being able to share my love for sweets with everyone that I have meet along the way.

As I say “WE DON’T NEED ROADS JUST SWEETS!”
